Instructions
Assess the Damage
Repair works on chips up to 1 inch and cracks up to 12 inches (depending on kit). If the crack is in the driver's line of sight or too large, replacement is required.
Clean the Area
Remove any loose glass chips with a pin. Clean the chip thoroughly with the included cleaner. The repair works best in warm, dry conditions (not direct sunlight during application).
Attach the Injector
Peel off the backing from the adhesive pedestal and center it over the chip. Attach the injector/syringe to the pedestal.
Inject the Resin
Push down the plunger to press resin into the crack, then pull up to create vacuum. Repeat the push-pull cycle several times to work resin into all crevices.
Cure with UV Light
Remove the injector and cover the chip with the curing strip. Expose to direct sunlight or a UV lamp for 5-10 minutes to harden the resin.
Scrape and Polish
Remove the strip and use the included razor blade to scrape off any excess cured resin flush with the glass. Buff with polish for a clear finish.
