Instructions
Shut Off Power and Water
Turn off the circuit breaker for the dishwasher. Turn off the water supply valve under the sink (typically shares the hot water line).
Disconnect Old Dishwasher
Open the door and remove the lower access panel. Disconnect the water supply line, drain hose from disposal/drain, and electrical connections.
Unscrew from Cabinet
Remove the mounting screws from inside the top of the dishwasher opening (screwed into the underside of the countertop). Slide the old unit out carefully.
Prep for New Unit
Attach the drain hose and electrical wire connector to the new dishwasher before sliding it in — it's much easier before installation.
Slide In and Connect
Slide the new dishwasher into the opening, feeding the drain hose and supply line through the cabinet. Connect the supply line to the hot water shutoff valve.
Connect Drain and Electrical
Connect the drain hose to the disposal or drain air gap. Run the drain hose in a high loop to prevent backflow. Connect electrical wires.
Level and Secure
Adjust the leveling legs so the unit is level. Screw the mounting brackets to the countertop. Restore power and water. Run a short cycle to check for leaks.
